For the last * months, March, April, and May I have been charged for Spotify and I don't even have an accnt. with you. It is being charged to my Mastercard and I would like you to get rid of whatever the membership says because I DID NOT authorize it. I want my mony refunded back to my card ASAP before I seek legal help over this. This is not the first time your company has tried to get money off my card without my permission.
GetHuman-girlsjus did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
