I was looking at the statements on my card and I realized that I was charged ** dollars by postmates. So when I checked my postmates it said I had subcribed to postmates for a whole year. I've only used postmates once and I would not buy the year subscription. I am requesting for a refund because I did not want the year subscription. I cancelled it as soon as I found out but, the money has not been put back into my bank. I would like to call because I want to get this sorted out ASAP.
GetHuman-jacobmsc did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
