Hello,*I have reached out multiple times to get a refund issues for a $**.** charge that I received after my * day free trial. I cancelled it right on the *th day and was assured I would not be charged but I was. I sent an email to support and was told I would receive a refund in *-** days but I have not received it. I deleted my payment card from the postmates app, is this why I have no received a refund? Please do not send me another automated message as I have received two with no resolution.*Thank you,*Becky
