Help with my Postmates.com issue
What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Postmates.com help.
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-srmaryt may need:
Account holder name, Email address on the account, Phone number, and Billing address
The issue in GetHuman-srmaryt's own words
Estimated Subtotal*$*.***Estimated Tax & Fees*$*.***Delivery*$*.***Discounts*-$*.***Estimated Total*$*.***A temporary authorization hold of $**.** was placed on your card. The final charge amount will be posted within ** hours. The authorization hold will be reversed within a few days.**Why is there a total of $*.** AND a temporary hold of **.**?**Why the difference in totals? What is the extra cost for since tax, fees, and delivery has already been charged?
GetHuman-srmaryt did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
