I could not pay for an order. My Postmates card was declined more than once. I selected support and the only options were : cancel delivery and dismiss. I saw no option add more funds to the card or any other troubleshooting option instructed on the app. I do not want to penalized for this.
GetHuman1020211 did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
