Hi I’ve been locked out of my account for the past few weeks. I tried to reset my password multiple times and never received instructions through my e-mail. I figured maybe I got my e-mail wrong and was wondering if I could try to retrieve my e-mail to solve this problem. I already received my essentials (card, bag) and was hoping someone can help me on getting started.
GetHuman968196 did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.

I had to recreate the account but on the Postmates app. Since I already got my welcome package I had the card to activate, it’s now a waiting game for the background check.
