I am being charged randomly for the postmates premium subscription for th E last year or more.. I found out this issue in December of **** and canceled the subscription in app. Sent a support email too but I still am being charged. I also deleted my card info and the app from my phone, it blows my mind how inefficient and bad ur payment methods are to keep in stored and charge people for an ENTIRE YEAR. I NEED THIS REFUNDED BECAUSE I HAVE NOT USED UR AWFUL APP IN ABOUT * MONTHS. LEAVE ALONE PREMIUM. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY TO ME. I'M USING CAPS BECAUSE THIS IS A PERSISTENT ISSUE AND SEEMS UNRESOLVABLE BY YOU.
