I ordered some items from Shake Shack on Sunday June ** at around *:**PM. The items included: * shack burgers, * hot dog, and * fries. When my order arrived, I found * burger, * fries, and * shake. I realized the completely wrong order had been delivered to me. After calling the shake shack located on Rosecrans Ave, they requested that I drive to the location if I was to obtain my correct order. At this point, I have not only received the incorrect order, but I am forced to drive to pick up my own food if I wish to enjoy the meal I paid to be delivered to me. I am completed disappointed with today’s service on behalf of post mates, and I would like my payment reimbursed.
I trust that Postmates.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
