I placed an order on the app, and the app said the order didn’t go through, so I reordered. I then was called by one of the drivers picking up the meal and told that both of my orders did go through, and he would cancel the second order. I then received a call from the second driver, telling me that I actually needed to cancel the order myself, which I did. I got charged ** dollars for the order plus a cancellation fee, and I think I should get my money back.
GetHuman-jmoskow did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
