I ordered my food over an hour ago, it never arrived, shows as "delivered", called and texted the driver and he never responded. I am filing a chargeback for the full amount. On top of that, I submitted a "help" request twice already and I haven't been contacted yet. I am demanding a full refund, do not dispute the chargeback as I never received the items and the service was horrible.
I trust that Postmates.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
