The issue in GetHuman-saintmax's own words
I brought a voucher thinking that it was a general PlayStation voucher and redeemed it but realised it was for a specific game, Apex Legends which I don’t own. To fix the issue I would like the funds of the voucher to be put in the wallet of the PlayStation account.
GetHuman-saintmax did not yet indicate what Playstation should do to make this right.
