If PlayStation can't help me then maybe they should reimburse me a new PlayStation, I don't pay for plus to not be able to party chat with my friends..

Join or creat a party chat. ... Well the other day my PlayStation crashed while playing a game and I got it turned back on and went to join up in a party chat with my friends I was playing with and it said Error CE*****-* and won't let me join a party chat or open the party chat category at all, and it's quite frustrating and I'd like to get it dealt with asap please
I play with my friends and if I can't be able to chat with them in game then I'm most likely going to stop putting money into PlayStation all together
I want it fixed or I want a new PlayStation that will let me do what I've been doing.
I pay for plus monthly and buy games weekly and switched from Xbox this past year, and this is very frustrating
Yep, have tried YouTube video fixes I've seen and nothing has worked.

Turn off the PlayStation, then hhold the power button until it makes *beep sounds then it turns on and into safe mode. Then, I picked the *th option on the menu it brought up which restored the settings l, logged back in to my account and everything worked perfectly fine.
