If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I am trying to access my account, which is prompting the "log in" option, but once I try to log in (putting in my password & email correctly) it shows that "An error has occurred". I would just like to be able to sign in, that's all.

When prompted with the "log in" option in the account management section, back out of it, and click on log-on settings. Click on manage users*add new user, and follow the steps to "register a new user". Instead of registering a new one, just input the account info you are trying to access. Once you register everything and go through all the steps, it should tell you that "That user is already registered on a PS*" or something along those lines. Once you go to account management and try to log in after all of this, it should work and log in just fine.
