Hi I've been trying to contact playstation directly for quite some time now and can't afford to contact rather than email and the Q&A isin't helping and would like guidance to how this issue can be solved. For a few months I have linked my billing account to a very old account in which I do not access anymore and can't log in because the email does not exist anymore but is still registered as a PSN account. The name of the account is email:*****@***.com PSN name: Ghostless***. Because I can not access this account anymore it is currently still withdrawing funds from my wallet to reactivate the PSPlus in which I have not used for *-* months now and would like to cancel it immediately. I can provide as much information to prove that the billing for the old account is actually me. All I ask is to cancel the billing or complete remove my old PSN account for good and if I could also receive a refund knowing my progress shows that I'm paying monthly but have not used it for months.
