Console Type, Game, Email on Account, Password, Name, Date of Birth, Purchase Amount, and Transaction Number

Tip from another customer

If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

The issue in GetHuman-marksoel's own words

I was playing *k with my friend and this person that was my friend join the party join my party said listen to my music I said ok and then after that I press the link that he gave me and then he booted me offline for no reason I ask him why are u booted me offline he said he bored and then * hours later he log on my account that’s when it got scary now my WiFi box don’t work no more can u ban him because he did it for no reason
