I bought a PS* bundle for my son in October for his birthday. He started using the PS* the *nd week of November and the controller that came with his gaming console is not charging. When he plugs the controller, there are no lights or any activity on the phone, which tells me either the cord that goes from the console to the controller is defective, or the controller itself is defective. He's only been playing on the PS* for about * weeks now and its already not working. I no longer have the box it came in, so I am unable to return*replace the entire product. Plus, it appears the console works fine, its the controller that is the issue. What can I do about this?
