I received a damaged luxury handbag last week which i spoke to customer service about. They were suppose to send me a new on on ******** to arrive on ********. The bag didn’t arrive so i called on **** and a representative told me that i should receive it on ****. On ****, i still didn’t receive the handbag. When i called they said i would definitely receive it on ****. Well here we are on **** and no bag. I called customer service a FOURTH time and they said that the bag shipped TODAY. This is just unacceptable. This is $**** item and i keep getting the run around. I will never shop at Nordstrom online again. No one is on the same page, no one has answers or resolutions .
GetHuman-apetroce did not yet indicate what Nordstrom should do to make this right.
