How do I return an item from Nordstrom?

Nordstrom is a very popular store across America that sells branded clothing for less. You'll find many famous brands at Nordstrom for up to 70% off the original price. Nordstrom sells a variety of products, including clothing, accessories, and home wear. You can also shop for Nordstrom products online.

Nordstrom has a fantastic customer service team, and if you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund.

How do I get a Refund?

You can ask Nordstrom for a refund by taking your purchase back to any store. Find a member of staff and ask them for a refund. You will probably ask why you want to return the item as the staff will need to check whether it's faulty or not. You'll then be issued with a refund.

Instead of a refund, you may also choose to exchange the item for something that meets your needs. If you choose to exchange the item, you'll need to find something that's the same price or will have to pay the difference. If you don't live near a Nordstrom store, you can also ask for a refund by posting the item back. You'll then be issued with an exchange or refund.

Please note that items that have been marked with a ‘final sale' or ‘non-returnable' sticker or tag can't be exchanged or refunded.
