Making the Return by Mail
To make the return by mail, follow these instructions:
- Go to Nordstrom's home page.
- Sign into your account.
- Go to the returns page.
- Answer the questions as prompted.
- Print out the shipping label you are emailed.
- Pack up the item to be returned along with proof of purchase.
- Attach the shipping label.
- Mail the item.
You will receive your refund from 5 to 7 days after Nordstrom's receives the item.
Making the Return with Curbside Pickup
To make your return with contactless curbside pickup, follow these instructions:
- Go to Nordstrom's home page.

- Go to the returns page.
