If you bought something from Nordstrom and realize you need to return it, you need to learn how, and whether or not you can get a refund. This article will teach you more about these subjects.
Nordstrom has no particular time limits for making returns. Nor does it have any rules that must be adhered to regarding reasons for the return. However, Nordstrom handles every return on a case-by-case basis. It has a policy of trying to give refunds whenever possible, but it reserves the right to deny a refund for any reason. In other words, It will deny you a refund if it thinks you are abusing the policy.
You can make your return at any Nordstrom store. Just take your items to the customer service desk or to a register and ask for help making the return. If your refund is approved, you will receive it in 5 to 7 business days.
To make the return online, follow these instructions:
If you selected Curbside Drop Off, go to a Nordstrom store and use the Contactless Curbside Return. You will receive your refund in 5 to 7 business days if it's approved. You cannot return Nordstrom Rack items, fine jewelry, open baby gear, or designer items this way.
If you selected Return by Mail, print out the return label that Nordstrom emails you. Pack up the items you are returning and attach the return label to the package. Take it to a post office and mail it. Nordstrom will require up to 14 business days to process your return, and another 5 to 7 business days to issue your refund.
If you need help, you can reach Nordstrom's customer service by phone, chat, help forum, or email.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
