I've left my hydro flask in my lyft car & the driver said he would call me back to let me know if he's found the item or not. I then get an email (& yes I respond * - * days late) stating that he's found my item. Its been super long to get my hydro flask back. When you folks say you guys are **** I'm assuming for a quicker*faster response. I now am iffy about paying $** for a delivery fee to receive my item I feel like it should be waived. I just want my flask back .
