Yesterday I called a Lyft around * am. As the app notified me he driver was * minute away I was on my way downstairs. The elevator took about ** seconds & as I waited I called the driver at least two times. He did not call me once or even notify me that he was leaving and he was probably there for no more than a minute. As a result I was charged $*.** for a cancellation fee. I don’t think I should’ve been charged due to his poor communication... Lyft should reimburse me.
