The issue in GetHuman-seaquist's own words
I had a promo code for $* off my first * rides. I contacted you in July regarding our lyft ride on July **. You had not applied the $* credit as it was used ** days after my first Ride. I contacted you and you said that you would give us a five dollar credit and make an exception. That credit never came through. The phone number associated with that Lyft account is ***-***-****. The charge was on July ** in the amount of $**.**. I contacted you and you said that you would give us the five dollar credit even though it had to be used within one week or ** days. Please apply that credit to our credit card.
GetHuman-seaquist did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
