Help with my Lyft issue

The issue in GetHuman-capbli's own words
I am a Lyft driver. Got a non-existent address and then was dinged a driver cancellation when I pressed the "no show" button. Talked to the requester * times...he placed the request for * riders (he wasn't one of them). He said the address was correct, but that the pickup was in the Dallas Medical District...a long way from what was shown. The ride receipt number is**b*a*bc******c***e**e**c.*The ping came at *:**pm on Monday * July. I have no idea what the destination address was....never got that far. I did drive to the Medical District, several miles away, but found nothing.*Minimally I want my $*.** no show fee. And remove the black mark from my record. Thanks.
