i asked for a ride from a specific location. My phone said my ride had arrived but I saw no car so I telephoned. The man said that he had driven to the wrong address and would be right there. He never came and I was charged five dollars for a cancellation fee or something. **the second driver had the same problem but when I called her and described where I was, she came right to me. She said her app was wrong.**I don't want to be charged for problems that I didn't cause. Thanks.
