I been charged for a ride that only cost $ **.**, $**.**. And also I used ride sharing, thinking that my ride will be cheaper, unfortunately not.. On three occasions the ride costs $**. Which it should of been $**.**, I know caused I used your services for the same routes and it only cost $**.**. Please help me understand, I also see that your drivers acted like they don't know where they going. If your driver can't understand their GPS I shouldn't pay for their mistake *Sincerely Beatrice!
