I was sent to pick up a rider she was going to LAX. I have no LAX Placard. She was quite upset when she had to get out of the car. I have a placard for my old car which When I went into Lyft I had that car taken off. I have no license plate yet for my new car and according to what I was told I cannot request one until I get my license plate. So would you please not send me an LA X passenger until I I am able to get a Placard.
