The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.
The issue in GetHuman-dobach's own words
Ref * ******-******. I had previously called and was told they would resolve on **th and now kohls is **nd before anything is done. I want to know where my package is and if i am not getting it i want a refund including the $** kohls cash that i used. I ordered these shoes for vacation and I am leaving on the **tj. I do not have time or the patience to continue waiting for Kohl's to resolve this issue. Do you or do you not have the product? This is very poor customer service and is why more and more people turn to Amazon at least when an issue arises they address it immediately not days and days of back and forth with no answers. Bottom line here is the fact that the product should have been delivered and it has not been and there is no tracking info available besides a label has been generated which tells me it never left the kohls warehouse. If you can prove to me otherwise please do. I am strongly considering canceling my kohls card and never doing business with this company again.
