I have been a very loyal customer to Kohl’s for a lot of years when the Kohl’s open up in dacula at Hamilton Mill. *My shopping experience has been very good. *The associates and manager there have been very helpful and courteous to me. *My life time points so far is ****. **Well I had shopped at a different Kohl’s in Duluth where I took my mom for a MRI. *I had a birthday coupon from Kohl’s that was sent to me through email. *I had shoulder surgery on October ** *I had to stay home until the doctor released me to drive.*When I was making a purchase there I tried to use my birthday $**.** Kohl’s cash but it had expired I’m not quite sure it might have been two days. *I also use a $**.** Kohl’s cash a $**.** Kohl’s cash and a $*.** Kohl’s cash. *I asked if they would honor the coupon since I could not get out. *The manager said it was not a paper coupon and that he could not do it. *I told him that Kohl’s sent it to me. *He looked at my order and I could not believe what he told me *“Well you use all these coupons isn’t that enough off? Where did she get the $*.** coupon to the cashier. I told him it was where I picked up a item at the store where I bought on line. *I was in my mind a little upset with him did not say anything about being a little upset. *Then my phone went dead I told him my phone went dead I think he was about to honor it. *Then he commented that now he could not do it saying that he can’t see me erase the coupon from my phone. *I told him that would be stealing I would not do it. *I went ahead and paid for my order and went home. *Well this has been stewing in my head for a while now. *I decided to try to talk with someone about the problem., I found this site and it told me that it will get back in touch with me faster. **I will still continue to shop at Kohl’s in dacula where the service is great, but will never shop at the one in Duluth again the experience has most definitely bothered me since then. *You asked how you can fix this *It’s up to you *My opinion is *“ A satisfied customer made this paycheck possible. “**I was not a happy camper when I left this store my ** year old mother was with me we were shopping for her children and grand children *She told me she could not believe what he just said as well. **Thank you so much for hearing me out. *Your fatefully concern customer*Beverly Brannon
