If you are looking to change an order you should not wait and should call in. If the order has already shipped then you will need to wait for it to be delivered and call in.

I placed an on-line order today for in-store pick up. After placing it I received the order confirmation by email. I was surprised to see * of the three items was not at the store ( Fredericksburg ) I thought the order was placed but was actually at a store ** miles away ( Fairfax ). I called and called talked to several different people and was told I had to pick the item up and then return it. This seems ridiculous. I do not intend to drive *** miles round trip to return a $ *.** item. In order to solve this I expect them to simply cancel the order and return the item to stock and remove the charge from my card. Item *SKU******** Order *********** Date **********
GetHuman-georgenc did not yet indicate what Kohls.com should do to make this right.
