We were trying to book her flight home in an emergency put her in first class will you make up for JetBlue trying to charged me twice the amount over the phone we booked online ... I'm sorry airline trying to gouge us in an emergency, double the rate $*** on line $*** on the phone ,emergency one way daughter broke her leg needs to get home to dr. From philly to palm beach flt ****
Could not provide wheelchair, says it on conformation that it was necessary
They could have givin fer the extra leg rm. Free of charge after hassling her to pay for this extra that we already paid at time of booking!, couldn't cheek in and made it more difficult to get to counter kiosk
