I purchased "more speed" for $** for yesterday's **** from FLL to JFK.**Upon arrival I asked an agent how it worked,, since I had TSA Pre-check and I was utilizing the extra service for *st time.**The agent told me you will see a sign & a rep to guide you through more speedily.**To my surprise one was there and there was no sign. **At the gate I asked the rep if my boarding number E could be moved up to a higher boarding priority since I paid for a service but did not receive what I paid for.**The rep said no. You must contact customer service to request a refund.**I found that response odd.**In any event I am hereby requesting a refund of the $** that I paid.
