I work for the owner of an Instagram account posting to her social media. When I log into her account - Instagram notes I'm logging in from a different computer and says it is going to send a security code to the email on the account. Then once the security code is received all I need to do is enter that code and I will be allowed into the account. I've been trying to get the security code email for a week. They never send it. I can't manage her account until Instagram sends the darn code! Please help.
