My brother ordered * items like * weeks ago, and on the first delivery was missing * item (chest drawers), and they sent us the missing item after * week, but we paid all the assembly service from the beginning but because of the missing item, we paid again to arrange the second assembly. I spoke with someone from customer service and she told me , we will receive the money back but nothing happend, we sent already * emails.
