I placed an online order one month ago and was told delivery was estimated *******. I have heard nothing from ikea since and when I try to track the order online, it says it shipped ****. I called XPO, ikeas local delivery company and they told me they don’t have the product yet. I need to know why my purchase hasn’t been delivered. My credit card was charged when I placed the order. I have emailed and called ikea at least ** times and I can never get through or a response from anyone. Order **********
