simply get delivery, but I don't like being lied to, if T-Force Delivery said they could not do it because of some problem that is understandable. when they say they deliver a discontinued item but they did not deliver and IKEA say the product was delivered I am very unhappy theat the contract was not performed and T-Force lied about performing it. I was afraid I couold not get my discontinue... ... previously . . . I have been on hold hour and twenty minutes!!! with resolution dept in Boston. There was order ********* from Costa Mesa store that was delivered today, but another delivery********* was not delivered. Where is it?. They don't need to lie when they make a mistake, but lying turns a mistake into a fraud and also into intentional infliction of emotional distress because their conduct was intended, and the result was emotional distress.
They should pay me for my unnecessary time and travel caused by their lies. If they did not lie I would have only been delayed, not damaged for my travel time and costs
I have been a customer for many years,m and it is not the fault of IKEA except in the hiring of T-Force. T-Force made the mistake, and they are the ones who lied about it.
Eventually they delivered it, but I should not have had to go through t his, it is not part of the contract to cause me out of pocket costs and emotional distress and loss of time just because they lie to cover their mistakes.
