You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-brocktif's own words
My account was upgraded without my knowledge on Thursday *******. I did not upgrade my package. I have since then changed my password and put my account back to where the plan I want. Unfortunately I was charged over ** dollars for this and would appreciate that money back since I did not upgrade my plan and changed it back immediately once I saw the charge. Not sure if I was hacked or my niece*nephew changed it by accident.

GetHuman-brocktif did not yet indicate what Hulu should do to make this right.
