I signed up for a Black Friday promo in November **** for $*.** a month for a year. Today I received an email from Hulu that I had upgraded my account changed to no commercials, added extras and am now going to be charged $** a month. I called customer service today & spoke with someone who said they couldn't help me and I would have to go back to a plan that would be full price. I asked for a manager who also said the same thing that the promo was no longer available, they would charge me full price a month instead of the promo and there was nothing they could do about it, absolutely nothing. This has made my impression of Hulu horrible I will never recommend Hulu unless this gets resolved. I cannot believe a company of this size would knock me off of a promo due to a change that I didn't make and then tell me I cannot go back to the promo price. Please look into the history on my account and see that I nor anyone in my family changed anything on my plan. I have cancelled my plan until further notice or waiting for this to be resolved. **Thank you, *Andrea Gnojek
