I paid **.** yesterday for no commercials on my account and have screenshot proof saying I have Hulu until December **th but the customer service person I just spoke to on a chat is saying that isn’t so. I paid my money and can log in and watch tv on my phone but not my PlayStation. I use my account for my daughter and this is all we have. I need answers ASAP. I can also send a picture of the proof saying I paid.
