I cancelled my account back in the month of August ****. This was before August ** **** when I normally get billed. Why am I still getting charged for the month of August and September? I just logged in and my account is still active. Please explain this and I want a refund for the previous * months. I have never had any issues such as this one with Netflix or HBO, so I do not understand why this problem exists now with Hulu.
