Hi, I have two questions.. first for order number *********.. I requested a refund and it says it has processed, but I never received any refunds into my bank account. What has happened there?**Also, regarding order *********, for a sports massage. New covid restrictions in the UK demand that all non essential businesses shut down. I have tried to contact the masseuse directly to discuss to either rearrange or cancel, but they don't answer their phone, and there's no voicemail facility. If I cancel due to covid, will I be fully refunded? and how?**Thank you,*Teya
