I bought a groupon on *th Sept and its now missing from my profile. The money has been taken and I luckily have a screenshot. I need to redeem it tomorrow and its vanished.

I used the live chat feature and was able to get help. It’s not in the customer services section, you have to ‘pretend’ to purchase again but not actually check out - then the option for live chat appeared. **Thanks :)
