I’ve been waiting over two weeks for my refund and I am very upset. I can’t get anyone on the phone nor can I get a response from the emails I’ve sent, regarding this matter. My next step is the BBB because this is ridiculous. My Groupon *****-******-******. I cancelled my order on ********. It’s almost July & I haven’t received my money back. Can someone please help me. I should not have to continue to be inconvenienced by this company. I may never use Groupon for anything else in the future. And to consider the fact it was my very *st time using Groupon and this is what I’m dealing with? Unsatisfactory!
