Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-brockjab's own words
I placed an order on groupon and paid for the *yead warranty and moon lamp, however the only thing i see through my bank statements is the *year warranty deducted out. Im curious to know if i need to get refunded the warranty or if the actual full order will be placed. I never received a confirmation email to be able to track like the website said. So I'd like a refund of the previous transaction
