Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-beatabok's own words
My groupon*Order *:************was cancel. When i came to the hotel, they told me my order was cancel, and they don't have any rooms.How ever the many was charge from my credit card.At the same time i have sand you couple email's ,from my phone (***-***-****) and ask to contact me. I'have no lock, nobody contact me.I was fors to reebok the room for the second time and pay for the room . The next groupon was book in the same hotel for the second time . and i pay again. The next booking was on November **.

GetHuman-beatabok did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
