I have money withdrawn from my bank account by Groupon on **th August **** £**.** and £*.** which I have not made any purchases or any orders, I would like to have this matter investigated as I also have no emails to state why the monies have been taken from my account, please be in touch as soon as possible with a result *****@***.com
This is very upsetting as I always keep an account of what I order
I would like the monies which has been deducted to be refunded into my account as soon as possible I will also be in touch with my manager of my bank .
I have been a customer for a short time but would have expected to be emailed of any purchases and future withdrawals from my bank account as I have a budget
I have tried to get in touch with live chat but to no avai!
