My Groupon was refused by the vendor. I wrote to Groupon but they did not reply. I am frustrated. Please help.

How GetHuman-jananmch fixed the problem
I contacted Groupon and entered into a chat with a live person. After about ** minutes, I was cut off. That was because the Groupon employee realized my complaint was complex. He said there had been a lack of conversation so he was terminating the call. But, there was no lack of conversation as the times posted will attest to. I was sitting right at the computer, typing when he cut me off.**When I contacted their call-center again, I was enraged. This new employee didn't waste time...he refunded my purchase without any questions.**This morning I had an apology message from the first employee (who had cut me off). He said we had been "disconnected". Ha...why hadn't he immediately contacted me back? Why did he wait until today? Well, of course, that is because he heard how angry I was and figured he'd best reach out lest I make things even worse for him.
