Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-cheander's own words
I was there for over an hour today, while the women at the front was calling and waiting for the owner to call back from her other job, to answer her questions. The young lady did not know how to work with groupons. I was also told * other patrons were turned away since the owner did not like groupons, since "they are not in the business to give away food"!*After waiting all that time, the food was highly salty and cold. The lettuce was brown and the portions were small. Some nerve! *This food deal included * vouchers. I gave one to my teenage son and I used the *nd one. They wont ever see me again, to use the *rd one!***. I would like to have a refund**. They should not represent your business in such a negative way!**Ty*Cheryl Anderson
