Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-jmbrzo's own words
I purchased two Ultra VIP tickets to the Philadelphia Restaurant Festival (order * ****-******-******)* which were supposed to come with two tickets each to a Philadelphia Phillies game in April or May. However, when we were signed into the event we were never given the voucher for the tickets. I tried contacting Goldstar, but they are stating that I should have received the voucher at check in. The fact that your event specialist didn’t do their job and provide us with the vouchers we paid for is not our fault. That being said, if we are no longer able to be provided with the vouchers that came with our purchase, we would like a full refund.
