Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-zcmh's own words
I accidentally ordered a Groupon on my company card, and stopped it in time (or so I thought) to order on my personal card. Turns out, I did not stop it in time, and my company card got charged as well as my personal card for the same thing. I just need to cancel*refund my company card, and keep the other one. I didn't know it had gone through until I got contacted by my company, otherwise I would have contacted sooner. Once you contact me back, I will give the card number, so it can be refunded correctly. Thank you.
GetHuman-zcmh did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
